TerraFirma Energy began as a team of experienced heating system engineers who recognised an opportunity to be at the leading edge when it comes to the design and installation of environmentally friendly heating pump systems for homes and businesses.
Many people understand how traditional gas boilers and electric heating systems work as the technology is tried and tested.
Ground source and air source heating systems are fairly new technologies for the UK so we understand the importance of clearly explaining every aspect of the system to our customers in plain English. If we need to dig a hole in the ground that's what we'll call it. Not a heating system excavation infrastructure installation!
We will be completely transparent about every aspect of a heating installation project. And we don't just mean expected costs of the heat pumps and timeframes before and during an installation. We can help advise you on the expected cost benefits your heat pump system will deliver to you after we have successfully installed it.

We operate by the standards required by both MCS (Micro generation Certification Scheme) and the UK Ground Source Heat Pump Association. This is in conjunction with our own commitment to ensuring the design, delivery and function of all heat pump installations is of the highest quality as defined by our Quality Management System. To achieve all of this we are also members of the Renewable Energy Association (REA).
